Last year, I followed the Electronic Music Production course at the School of Audio Engineering (SAE) in Amsterdam. That was a great opportunity to finally learn the ropes of music production. It was only for six months, so don’t expect that I’m an expert now. Far from it.
But during the course, we did a studio recording session with my favorite vocalist, Erna Auf der Haar. We recorded her vocals over a track which I prepared in my home studio. The song is called ‘Why You Want To Mess It All Up’ originally performed by Rachelle Ferrell. Here’s the result of that session:
